Parkinson continues to deal with the shoulder injury he originally sustained in Week 3 against Denver. After missing Week 4, the tight end was able to return for last Monday night's overtime loss to the Bills, logging 64. 6 percent of the offensive snaps.
Injury / practice
Parkinson was able to play through his shoulder injury in Week 5 versus the Bills, but it still appears to be bothering him as Sunday's game versus the Cardinals approaches. He'll now look to repeat what he did a week ago and upgrade to full participation at practice Friday and avoid carrying an injury designation into the weekend.
Injury / practice
Parkinson played 53 snaps on offense during Monday night's 37-34 overtime loss to the Bills, reeling in one of two targets for three yards. The tight end was limited at each of the team's first two practices last week before logging a full session Friday, and he appears to be potentially on track to do the same thing prior to Week 6. Parkinson will have two more opportunities to officially practice before Sunday's matchup with Arizona.
