While the Seattle Seahawks are just two days removed from an agonizing overtime loss against the Denver Broncos, there’s a considerable development from their previous defeat to the San Francisco 49ers that just feels like pouring salt on the wounds. Remember when Jaxon Smith-Njigba took a big hit from 49ers safety…

The Seahawks will be without starting linebacker Drake Thomas on Thursday, but Jaxon Smith-Njigba is good to go after injuring his ankle last weekend.
Injury / practice· Read on Seahawks.com (opens in a new tab)
The Seahawks listed Smith-Njigba as limited on practice estimates Monday and Tuesday due to an ankle issue, but it didn't hold him back Wednesday, and he thus is in the clear for Week 6 action. He'll be looking to build upon the massive 37-583-7 line on 50 targets that he's amassed through five contests to start the campaign.
Injury / practice
The Seahawks did not practice Tuesday for a second straight day, and as was the case Monday, Smith-Njigba was estimated as a limited participant. He will have one more day to get some work in before Thursday's game against the Broncos.
