Runyon opened the season on injured reserve due to a lower-body injury. His 21-day practice window opened Wednesday, and he was a limited practice participant in all three sessions during Week 6 prep. That's not quite enough for Runyon to make his 2026 debut, but his next opportunity to do so is Week 7 against the Rams on Sunday, Oct. 25.
Injury / practice
Per Ryan McFadden of ESPN. com, it's a lower body injury that Runyon has been dealing with since late August that has kept him out for the first five games of the year. Las Vegas now has 21 days to officially activate Runyon before he'd have to spend the rest of the season on IR, and given that he was in pads for practice Wednesday, he seems like a good bet to return to action soon.
Injury / practice
Runyon was placed on injured reserve on Aug. 30 after suffering an injury during training camp.
